Track Workouts

    Loudoun Road Runners Interval Training Program begins in July,  further information here

Once again, for the 2012 Virginia Wine Country Half Marathon, the Loudoun Road Runners will be hosting training runs.  These runs will be supported with a marked course, water/refreshment stops and mileage markers.  The course will be an out-and-back along some of the same roads that will be part of the Wine Country Half, with 8, 10, and 12 mile options.  The dates and times for these training runs are:

 

Saturday, April 7th,  7:30 registration/check-in, 8:00 start

Saturday, May 5th,   7:30 registration/check-in, 8:00 start

The Loudoun Road Runners Club (Loudoun County, Virginia, USA) is a non-profit organization, sanctioned by the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). We are a community of runners and walkers of all levels and ability. You are welcome and encouraged to participate regardless of age, gender, athletic inclination, and goals.In addition to providing general information about the club, its activities, and its schedule to the community, this site offers resources only available to registered members.

Weekend Runs: Sat./Sun. 7:00 a.m.

Join us for our weekend runs scheduled every Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m. and starting from various locations around Loudoun County. All are welcome and runs typically offer distance options. Check the current run schedule for locations and directions.
