LRR Officer Election
As a member of the Loudoun Road Runners you are eligible to participate in the on-line election of club officers. Details are posted on this site (eyes right).
The process is divided into two steps--on-line nominations first, then the election. During nominations, you will have the opportunity to propose people for various positions. After all the nominations have been processed, you will be able to cast an on-line vote for the candidates of your choice.
In a day or two, you will receive an e-mail message that includes detailed instructions for submitting nominations. In the meantime, give some thought to club members you'd like to nominate for the following board positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- 3 Members at Large
You can nominate existing members, and you can also nominate yourself. If you decide to nominate someone, make sure you confirm that s/he is willing to serve. The on line nomination process will be open for several days, so you can submit your candidates at your convenience during that time. Specific instructions including the web site address and your login/PIN combination will be arriving in your e-mail box soon. Be sure to watch for that message. If you haven't received your login and PIN for the election site by 12/27, check your spam filter first. If you still can't find the information, drop a note toharrier@.loudounroadrunners.org.
