July 25th Hamilton

It's HOT !!
That's really all I have to say. If you run Saturday then expect it to be hot. If you run Sunday, expect it to be hotter. It's not my fault. I think gravity is pulling the sun nearer to us. It makes sense. There are more people on earth than in the past and they're generally heavier, and greater mass = greater gravitational pull. That's pretty much the extent of my science knowledge except that I'm pretty good at determining hot....and it is.
The Long Hamilton route begins in town - runs to Hamilton by way of Thomas Mill, and then runs the Hamilton loop before returning to Leesburg via the bike path (which for some reason is frequented by those damn bikers). An early start is recommended.
Where/When:
Meet at Loudoun County High School at 6 AM

the heat
Submitted by Casey on Sun, 2010-07-25 07:33.I was thinking today - on my 75 degree, dry, windy run - out in the middle of nowhere, somewhere in Malawi - that you guys are going to have to pick me off the road when I get home if it stays so hot!!! I won't be used to it at all:)
Sunday
Submitted by Allison on Fri, 2010-07-23 06:15.I'm up for the Sunday early option. I'll put water out at the top of Thomas Mill

A few of us discussed a 6:30 start for Saturday's run starting at Market Station and continuing up Thomas Mill. Anyone interested?
